SolMeme provides a tool for creating tokens on the Solana blockchain. We do not offer financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation to create, buy, sell or hold any asset.

You are the issuer

A token created with this tool belongs to you and is issued by you, not by us. You are responsible for what you create, for what you claim about it, and for complying with the law that applies to you. Depending on how a token is designed and distributed, it may be regulated in your jurisdiction; that is a question to put to a professional before you launch, not afterwards.

Nothing here can be undone

Transactions on a public blockchain are permanent. Revoking the mint, freeze or update authority cannot be reversed, immutable metadata cannot be corrected even by you, and files published to Arweave cannot be deleted. Review every value on the confirmation screen before you sign, because after that there is nothing anyone can do about it.

A new token has no market and no value

Creating a token does not make it tradable and does not give it a price. We do not create liquidity, do not list tokens anywhere, do not promote them and make no claim that any token will have or retain value. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and most tokens end up worth nothing.

We never hold your keys

Every transaction is signed in your own wallet, and the service never receives your private keys, your funds or your tokens. Keeping your wallet secure is your responsibility, and we cannot recover it if you lose access.

Third-party services

The service relies on the Solana network, on RPC providers and on Arweave for permanent storage. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, delays, inaccuracies or changes in their terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolMeme and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this service, including loss of funds, failed transactions or mistakes in the information you provided. You use the service at your own discretion and at your own risk.

Regulatory compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service is lawful where you are. The service does not facilitate illegal activity and may be withdrawn from anyone using it for that purpose.
