By accessing or using SolMeme, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What this service does

SolMeme is a tool for creating SPL and Token-2022 tokens on the Solana mainnet. You fill in a form, the service builds a transaction, and you approve it from your own wallet. The token and its entire supply are created directly in your wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and must make sure that creating and distributing a token is lawful where you live. You are responsible for checking this before you use the service.

3. You are the issuer of your token

SolMeme provides the tool; you create the token. You are its issuer and its sole owner, and you are solely responsible for it: its name, its symbol, its logo, what you say about it and what you do with it. That includes any intellectual property you use and any obligation that issuing or distributing a token may create in your jurisdiction.

4. Custody

The service never holds your private keys, your funds or your tokens. Every transaction is signed in your wallet and you are responsible for its security. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover it or the tokens in it.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown before you sign and is charged inside the same transaction that creates your token. If the transaction fails or you reject it in your wallet, nothing is created and nothing is charged. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one displayed at the moment you sign.

6. Actions that cannot be undone

Creating a token on a public blockchain is permanent. Revoking the mint, freeze or update authority is irreversible, and revoking the update authority makes the metadata immutable, so not even you can correct a mistake in it afterwards. The logo and metadata are published to Arweave, a permanent storage network from which files cannot be deleted. Once a transaction confirms, it cannot be reversed and payments cannot be refunded.

7. No market and no value

Creating a token does not create a market for it, does not give it any value and does not make it tradable. SolMeme does not sell, promote, buy or provide liquidity for any token created with it, and gives no assurance that a token will ever be worth anything.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to impersonate people or brands, to defraud others, or to attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer or exploit the service. We may refuse or withdraw access if the service is used this way.

9. Availability and third parties

The service depends on the Solana network, on RPC providers and on Arweave, none of which are under our control. It is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of uptime, speed or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolMeme is not liable for any loss of funds, failed or delayed transactions, network fees, mistakes in the data you entered, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time, and the date above shows the last change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
